Eldorado Trading Company is honored you'll be participating in our 2023 Elevation Trade Show.
We'd like to share some details that we hope make this easy to navigate, and a fun experience for all!
Presentations:
- Presentations will be in a round robin format
- 6 sessions each day, 1 hour per session : 35-45 minutes of training with the remainder for selling.
- 10-12 customers in each session
- Customers are encouraged to shop during your presentation time.
What you'll have:
- 12' Booth with a draped table
- Slat wall booth - shelves & hooks included (please no skins or adhesives)
- Electrical and/or AV is not provided by Eldorado, if needed contact Antonia, at antonia@eldorado.net, for more details.

The schedule of events is as follows:
Set-up : Monday, May 22nd 9:00am - 3:00pm Vendor Set-up
6:00pm - 7:00pm Happy hour - hosted in the hotel
7:00pm - 9:00pm Dinner - hosted in the hotel
Training : Tuesday, May 23rd 9:00am - 4:30pm Full day Training with lunch.
6:00pm - 10:00pm Dinner hosted at Ophelia's Electric Soap Box.
Training : Wednesday, May 24th 9:00am - 4:30pm Full day Training with lunch.
6:00pm - 10:00pm Dinner hosted at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
For this evening please plan on Smart Casual
attire.
Breakdown : Thursday, May 25th Breakdown begins at 9am
