What you'll have :
- A booth sized to match your Marketing Plan with a draped table
- Grid walls - shelves & hooks included (please no skins or adhesives)
- Electrical and/or AV is not provided by Eldorado, if needed please contact Antonia, antonia@eldorado.net, for more details.

The schedule of events is as follows:
Set-up : Monday, May 22nd 8:00am - 3:00pm Vendor Set-up
5:00pm - 6:00pm Happy hour - hosted in the hotel
6:00pm - 8:00pm Dinner - hosted in the hotel.
Trade Show : Tuesday, May 23rd 9:00am - 4:30pm Full day for Trade Show with lunch.
6:00pm - 10:00pm Dinner hosted at Ophelia's Electric Soap Box.
Trade Show : Wednesday, May 24th 9:00am - 4:30pm Full day for Trade Show with lunch.
6:00pm - 10:00pm Dinner hosted at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
For this evening please plan on Smart Casual
attire.
Breakdown : Thursday, May 25th Breakdown begins at 9am
